Would like information on Galvin family in California and Alaska. My mother was Alice Elmina Galvin and her brother was a fisherman in Eureka, CA at one time. His name was Ed Galvin. I believe they had family in Goleta, CA and in Anchorage, AK.
Just found out that my mother's father was Edward Timothy Galvin born about 1891 who married Alice Fay Strawn born about 1890. Anyone know more about these? Edward was a driver of a laundry truck in Santa Barbara area in about 1919.
