There is a court building but my understanding is that marriage, divorce, birth and death records are maintained by the state. I would recommend looking at the State of Alaska website, click on the departments and go to the Dept of Health and Social Sevices and then go to Division of Vital Statistics. Their page explains their records. I am not sure about wills.
