Missing Brother Please Help

Hi, I'm trying to find my brother Michael Sean Reagan born 3-11-1976 in Lancaster, Los Angeles, CA. His mother's name is Mary Lou Jessup. Jessup is her maiden name. The last I heard she has a daughter in Alaska and I think that Michael might be there with her. I haven't seen my brother since he was 1 years old and would love to finally get to know him. Michael, if you see this, this is your sister Jeniffer, please get a hold of me! I've got 3 children who would love to know the uncle that they've heard so much about. If anyone can help me find my brother, please get a hold me. Thanks.
