Grace ! I have a copy of "The Flying North" and your great uncle is mentioned in three different places. He is referred to as Jimmy Rodebaugh and it says he was a railroad conductor and he promoted the first "honest to goodness flying business in the North" I think that I have seen a re-print of this book in some of the stores up here. Mine is a paperback. I will look for the book. You should really have the whole book as it really describes the "Bush" pilots and some of the stories in it are hilarious. Please E-mail me and I will make copies of the papes that he appears on. If you have access to a Fax machine I could fax them to you otherwise I will need your address. Glad I could help. Also let me know if you want me to look for the book. It was first printed in 1945 and reprinted in 1972, 1973 and 1977. The author is Jean Potter.
