The 50 year problem you mention probably isn't a problem if the guy was born in 1855. There is no reason to post that since the 50 year restriction would have ended in 1960. Your knowing that doesn't help her, or she knowing that you know that doesn't help her either. If she knew WHERE he died, she probably would have a lot more answers. You "could" as a volunteer do the google research and find out if Teller County had a genealogy society...but she is looking for help, not more questions that probably won't lead to finding him. I'll do some research and see if I can find anything and will give facts if I can, not links to no where.
