Jerri provided a birthdate for your Ivar, and I guessed that perhaps he was born in Fliseryd parish.

I looked for his birth record on the fee-based SVAR site.

The handwriting is difficult but I'll try to tell you the information I found.

Nils Ivar Vitalis was born 28 June 1908 in Fliseryd parish, Kalmar county, Småland province in Sweden. His father was Axel Vitalis Carlsson (born 27 November 1881) who was a worker in a place I can't read. His mother was wife Nanny Othilia Nilsson (born 19 July 1882).
