abstract

Thomas Nagle of Wrangell sentenced to serve 15 months at McNeils Island (Federal Penitentiary) for selling liquor to Indians. Also a question was to be decided if Indians were citizens.

Went to the US Circuit Court of Appeals


On the 1920 census it says that Thomas was born in CA and his father b IRE- there was a transcription error-
