Alexander Black (Tanana, Klondike, Yukon River)

Searching for information on Alexander Black. I believe he was born around 1870 in England. He was in Tanana, Alaska (Klondike) during the time period of (at least) 1897 to 1911, probably as a miner having traveled there with two other family members (Faulkner & Hathaway). He was married to an Anna Dolan (born in CA). The marriage produced five children (two born in Alaska, Byron Harper Black and Muriel Black). I believe Alexander met and married Anna in California when he immigrated from England.

I believe around 1907 or 1908 Anna returned to reside in California without Alexander (family member indicets it's possible Alexander's son set fire to the family home which prompted Anna to return to California with the four living children). It's unclear when Anna initially went to Alaska (with or after her husband), and when Alexander returned to California from Alaska... Also unknown is when/if Alexander and Anna divorced.
