I live in the Birch harbor subdivision, in Wasilla, AK, but the town of Knik is near by. And yes once the Crocker Brothers owned this land. The creek near by called Crocker creek, and it is named from Frederick Crocker. A part of the creek runs here in my back yard, and there is a land, called Tipton park, where is saved, and it is known as the cleanest water in this area. I do not know were the brothers bought the land from Mr. Tipton, or vica versa, but they are somehow linked. I’m tracing these people way, because I would like to write about the history of this land, and it is great to find somebody who is related to the man who gave his name for this creek.
