James Washington BURNS or HILL

I am trying to locate an obituary and burial place for my great-uncle Jimmy. He was born James Washington Burns, March 7, 1906 or 1908 in Export, PA. He moved to Alaska about 1957. He lived in or near Fairbanks. He died December 31, 1974 in Fairbanks, Alaska. He went by his step-father's name of Burns for most of his adult life. I don't known if it was legally changed from Hill to Burns or not.

Does anyone have suggestions of how I can go about obtaining his obituary and find out where he was buried?
