Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

MYSELF, LIKE ALL OF YOU LIKE TO HELP EACH OTHERS IN OUR SEARCH OF THE PAST. IT'S BECOMING ANNOYING TO REPLY TO AN E-MAIL THAT NO LONGER EXSIST BECAUSE THE PERSON HAS CHANGED INTERNET PROVIDERS.

I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT ALL OF YOU GET A FREE YAHOO E-MAIL ADDRESS. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CHANGE PROVIDERS YOUR YAHOO E-MAIL STAYS THE SAME. AND OTHER RESEARCHERS WILL ALWAYS BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU.

HAPPY HUNTINGS
