HI does anyone know Lorraine Alberta Shore? She was also named Naomi White. She was borm in Apr of 1986. Lorraine was an exceptionally intelligent child, she was in foster care in her early years and perhaps adopted later. She is multi-cultural. Her birth mothers name is Valerie Shore. Lorraine lived in Washington State as a child and may have moved to Alaska later on. The last known foster home she lived in was with Sara and Kenneth (Kelly) White (Tinglit), who adpoted several children and maybe her as well.
These names either as related or foster care are associated with her are Wilbur, Fowler, White, Littlesack and Fourhorns.
The Fowler family loved her and have not stopped missing her. Even though Foster care is public record no one seems to know where she went and the various agencies said her case was closed a long time ago, which we take that as she was adopted. We would love to reconnect with her! Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
