This is an amazing coincidence of timing! My cousin and I are currently trying to find out if George Blake Sr was a 1/2 brother to our great grandmother Mary Tacee who was Tlingit, Stikine tribe, raven clan, frog house.
I found George Sr and Eva in the 1900 census at Wrangell Narrows with a daughter Margaret. Then again in 1910 at Wrangell with Margaret, age 10, Florence, age 4, and George P. age 2. It says George's father was born in England, but it also says he is Tlingit, Stikine tribe. My cousin Karen says his Tlingit name was Jackeesh, and thought his father had the same name. I am not clear on whether she meant both George Blake born 1867 and his son born 1902, or if she was referring to the Sr george and HIS father.
The reason we are searching on the Blake line is that George Sr is said to be a 1/2 brother to our great grandmother "Mary" Tacee born 1846 in Wrangell.
I also found this census record of an edrie Sumption:

Karen spoke with George Sumption in Anacortes about the genealogy before he died. I sent her your query and maybe the two of you can figure this out!
