Girtha Ethal Edge aka "Billy"

I'm looking for my grandmother's birth father: Girhta Ethal Edge. He also went by William or Billy. Last known to be in Ketchikan in 1927 working as a barber.
He was married to Paulene Olmsted in either 1922 or 1923. Divorced in 1927. He has a daughter born in San Fransisco in 1923.
