hello kathleen, my mom is sue olofson, uncle bill olofson, cousin bobby olofson. we used to visit john olofson in hopkins alley when we were kids. we called him uncle jack. i remember there was an uncle oscar too. we would spend time with colleen and soffia duffy. as a matter of fact, when grandpa adolf got sick we (bobby and i ) stayed with colleen and soffia. i am looking for olofson relatives. and, can you ask your family who lived in ketchikan if they met my dad. his name is gary brown. he lived in ketchikan in 1965 then again from 1977 to 1979. gary worked at the fireside restaurant from 1977 to 1979. from ktn he moved to maui, then possibly to southern califorina. please feel free to email me anytime. and thank you for your reply. sarah
