my former wife was from Belkofski, her father was the last chief and the church lay-priest. that village has been abandoned for some years now and most of the descendants live in King Cove Alaska( across the bay from Belkofski)
or Sand Point (Shumagin Island's) up the Alaska Peninsula.
King Cove Village Corporation should have someone who can answer your questions further. They are listed in the white pages online. that or call the mayor's office there, they all know one another's story. hope this helps
