How to Get Local Fairbanks Obit?

How does one obtain local obituaries for persons who lived in Fairbanks?

Harvey Kincaid Carlisle (1884-1962) was a field examiner For US Government Department Of Interior For 49 years, mostly in Fairbanks. He is in the 1930 Federal Census of Fairbanks, Alaska Territory. At the time of his death, he was married to Helen M. Carlisle (in 1964, Helen was 69 years old and was living at 1115 First Ave, Fairbanks, Alaska). Helen was born about 1893 and I do not know when she passed away. His first wife was named Mary and she died in April 1954. Mary was born about 1887 in Delaware. Both Harvey and Mary are buried in San Mateo Co. CA.

Would like to be able to obtain obituaries for Harvey, his first wife Mary and for his second wife Helen, if possible. Would I obtain these through a society or archive? Am willing to pay for the obits. Thank you very much.

Regards, Dan Smith
