John Aitken&Magdalene Galloway Fife Scotland

I am looking for info on John Aitken who married Magdalene Galloway December 30 1814 in Abbottshall Fife Scotland. She died in 1838 at the age of 47.They came to Canada and settled in Glengary Ontario. They had five children John Jr. B-1818 JamesB1832, Andrew B-1822, Jessie B 1823-, Robert B 1830. All the children were born in Fife Scotand except for James who was bon in Quebec in 1832. This makes me believe that they came to Canada between 1830 and 1832. Any infomation anyone has would be appreciated.
