Hello there, Fine Airds of the world.
I have a Dilemma, I am trying to find out as much about the Airds as I can, but the problem is this; Other than my father I have no idea how far it spans
My grandfather was an Aird but sadly he died before I was born, I don't even know his name (though I think it was Stanley).
My fathers name is Martin Aird, and he lived in Ramsgate, England.
I have been away from England most of my life, living in South Africa, so I have had little contact with my relatives.
Just a point, I have 6 brothers and 5 Sisters, so you could say the Aird name is quite well represented in Africa.
If any one knows anything about the Ramsgate Airds I would be greatly appreciative.
