In Reply to: Ainsworth, Willard ca 1791, VT. by Dave Macaulay of 1760

Dave, the following information is from a book "Genealogy of the Ainsworth Families in America" compiled by Francis J. Parker. It was printed for the compiler in Boston, 1894. I have been unable to find an original copy but you can obtain a xeroxed copy from:
Tuttle Antiquarian Books, Inc.
28 South Main Street
Rutland, VT 05701
You can also phone them: 802-773-8229
or fax them: 802-773-1493
The book was expensive ($54.50 plus $5.00 postage and handling), but I have enjoyed it. I have found some errors but it is still very interesting. I think it is also available from the National Archives, and from:
Genealogical Publishing Co.
1001 N. Calvert Street
Baltimore, MD 21202
Phone: 1-800-296-6687
Also a Publisher called Higginson, but I don't have their address off hand.

Hope the following is what you were looking for.
