Dave, the following information is from a book "Genealogy of the Ainsworth Families in America" compiled by Francis J. Parker. It was printed for the compiler in Boston, 1894. I have been unable to find an original copy but you can obtain a xeroxed copy from: Tuttle Antiquarian Books, Inc. 28 South Main Street Rutland, VT 05701 You can also phone them: 802-773-8229 or fax them: 802-773-1493 The book was expensive ($54.50 plus $5.00 postage and handling), but I have enjoyed it.
