Dear Rhonda,
If you will go to the following page, and click on and read each listing, the information regarding most of the people you list in your query, (information varies in each one), it may give you some leads and contacts for more.
From reading some of these, I'm thinking she might be Caroline Bowen's daughter, that she brought into her marriage to James Hulett, as Caroline was his second wife, therefore, when he married Arthenia/Artheney Ainsworth Tatum, Leecie/Leacy was in the household with his children by Caroline.
I have looked for Caroline, several different ways, and have not found any definite information on her, but maybe one of the people who put this information on Rootsweb/Ancestry can help with this.
