I share a common ancestor, Peter Ainsworth 1711(about), who lived at The Moss, and founded the Halliwell Bleachworks, Bolton. He was the father of Thomas. I have quite a bit of information on this AINSWORTH family.
Also Thomas's wife Betty Wraith was the sister of my Gt.Gt.Gt grandmother Priscilla Wraith.
