On my great grandmothers second marriage her name changed from Willis to Ainsworth. She had four children from her first marriage, Violet (My grandmother), Catherine, Joyce and Frank, (all of whom kept the surname Willis) but my great grandmother had her second husband's son from his previous marriage, Ronald, who stayed named Ainsworth, as a step son. The era would have been around the time of the second world war. Names and other dates are unknown, apart from the ones mentioned. The area the family originally lived was Southport, England, but my great grandmother emigrated to New Zealand in the seventies. Her daughter, Joyce emigrated there also. If anyone has any information, no matter how small, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
