Have had my mothers mtdna done, I can tell you there is no native American blood in the female line. My mothers line reads as follows:
1-Mary daughter of May.
2-May daughter of Kate.
3-Kate daughter of Nancy Jane, (Kate sister of Wayman).
4-Nancy Jane daughter of "Old Nancy".
5-"Old Nancy" 1805.

Her mtdna is H1.…..closes matches for her are mtdna Ratcliff's1720's. Your also going to love this……H1 mtdna traces back to Spain/Portugal…She also has a 70% match up rate for folks that claim Jewish ancestry. Are you laughing yet……..
