I am trying to determine if four Aiken men in Company "K" of the 43rd Tennessee Infantry Regiment were brothers. They are:
JASPER N. AIKEN
JAMES R. AIKEN
JONATHAN AIKEN
THOMAS AIKEN
According to a posting on Ancestry.com, Jasper and James were brothers, sons of Sam J. Aiken (1800-1838). No mention is made of the other two. They could still be brothers, or possibly cousins.
