Since your Fox ancestors are on a federal census in Ohio may I suggest you try the LDS. They have some actual court records up to view and download for free. This link is for ohio records.

PS: Sophia's family is from Burke/Caldwell County NC near where the Cherokee and Catawba Saponi were. Not where your ancestors were in Ohio.
