According to Joseph Cameron's book...page 236-237
I transcribed this excerpt of the book here; word for word.
1852 Christina Myers, born in 1799, the daughter of George Myers, Christina was the grand-daughter of Cubby Folsom, a Choctaw Indian, and Mrs Thompson, a Chickasaw Indian.
Family tradition always stated Christina was Cherokee.
However, U.S. Court records in the Indian Territory,
southern district, at Ardmore, Oklahoma, dated March 9, 1897, recorded testimony proving she was Choctaw and Chickasaw. The marriage record in Wythe County does not name Christina's mother. Christina died June 5, 1870, and is buried in the Church yard at Kimberling.

The U.S. court records Joseph Cameron are talking about here; I found on Footnote/now Fold3.com Dawes Packets with documents I believe to be the ones Joseph Cameron is talking about.
