This "Betty" was one of two that my grandfather's dad married, the first being a "Betty" Hall.

Thanks for your information. I have most of it and we are trying to figure out the parents. My oldest deceased aunt said that Robert was their brother, and Betty was of Indian descent but I am not sure what tribe. (had 2 sets of family of Indian descent and found out that aging effects the memory. Heard it was a pretty aggressive tribe on one of them.

The couple did died just a few days apart and he kept saying, from statements made by older relatives, for her not to go but to wait for him to go with her. Sounds like a man who truly loved his wife.

We have been trying to find Betty's and her sister's parents for years. As you can tell, there is not much information on this family. But we keep searching.....
