PIEGAN Tribe, Blackfoot

Hello everyone! I am looking for information on my grandfather, and my great grandmother. Her name was Belle Arnoux, and she had my grandfather, Meade Swingley in 1918, and it says in Blackfoot Nation, USA. They have a tribe listed, Piegan. My grandmother never mentions the name of the tribe that my grandfather was from. I am just looking for tips on how to go about searching, and also how to find out if my dad is a registered member of the tribe, I think he is because he receives things from Montana about land, but he doesn't ever follow up with any of it. My grandmother, Is Ramona Pocha, and I don't think that she is blackfoot, as I couldn't find her on the geneaology page for blackfoot, Her father was full blooded native american, I just don't know what tribe he was from either. His name was Alger Pocha. I think that my great grandmothers last name was Grey, but I can't be sure. Anyway, I am just starting my search and looking for helpful tips on finding out the information about my family, any help is greatly appreciated.
