You wouldn't find such a list, Kim- because it was nothing but a scam. The "kicker" (or "hook") was the fee that the recipient was required to send in to either get more information or file for the land. Those who responded and sent money simply never heard from the sender again. Most of those victims had bragged about it to friends and family, but were so ashamed to have been taken in that they made up other excuses as to why they were not going to move to "their land in Oklahoma".
Many people living in other states who was not familiar with the allotment process in Indian Territory were taken in-- sort of the "pre-Internet Nigerian money-order scheme" of that era.
There was no "Indian allotment land" available in Indian Territory after 1907.
