Cherokee Indian Agency in Tennessee

I see the national archives lists microfilm concerning the Cherokee Indian agency in Tennessee... Where can I obtain a peak at the papers without buying the microfilm?

Is anyone privy to the information of the elders, councils, and chiefs during this time who would have served during the years of their existance.....And where, what town or PO was the Cherokee Indian Agency located at?

While searching this one John Rhoads born abt 1813 in Tennessee I see Rhoades riding everywhere...Some alongside Junaluska. Some ride along from the Arkansas tribe, and others...

I found an old Rhoads who was marked as color in Tennessee who could be a grandfather or father.....WHo was born in SC just Like my John Rhoades who said his parents came from South Carolina.
