Hi ,
Just wondering if anyone can help me trace my granduncles. Peter and John were both Merchant Seamen and emigrated from Cobh, Co. Cork in or around 1915. Peter was 20 in 1922. John was born in or around 1895. Michael emigrated after WW2 and moved to NY where he married a lady called Josephine and they had two sons, Anthony (Tony) and John both of whom lived in NY. Michael died in or around 1976 having suffered a stroke while returning to Ireland to live in or around 1974.
If anyone can put me in contact with Tony or John or indeed trace Peter and John it would be most appreciated. Tony Ahern would be approximately 67 years old now.
