Searching for any information or possible connections:
My great, great grandfather Morris A'Hearn married Joanna Connell in Ireland, probably in the 1840s. I believe they lived in Athea, County Limerick. They had at least 3 sons, all of whom emigrated to the US and settled in and around Cortland NY: John (b 1863, d 1929, married Mary ___ est 1880s); Maurice (b 1874, d 1926, married Catherine Kane 1899, children John, Josephine, & Elizabeth) and Jeremiah (b 1868, d 1929, married Maria Kane 1888, children - Thomas, Morris, Charles, Henry (Harry) and Joseph Francis).
Jermiah A'Hearn was my great grandfather. Joseph Francis A'Hearn was my grandfather. I grew up in Syracuse, NY.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
