Barbara,

My great great grandfather, Morris A'Hearn lived in County Limerick (I believe in the village of Athea) and married Joanna Connell probably sometime in the 1840s. They had a least 3 sons: John, Maurice, and Jeremiah - all of whom emigrated to the United States and settled in and around Cortland, NY. Jermiah A'Hearn was my great grandfather.

Any connection?
