See http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~aherns/ahnews.htm for an index of Aherns in the news, including several items about Daniel F. Ahearn competing in track events including the 1920 Olympics. I have several more newspaper articles about him, including some background on why he was kicked off the 1920 Olympic team, but I am unaware of any Timothy Ahearn who competed in the Olympics, nor do I recall any mention of Dan having a brother.
