Today is April 12th. On this date in 1884 William J. Ahern was born in San Francisco to Irish immigrants Timothy and Johanna (Dore) Ahern. See http://calarchives4u.com/Biographies/kings/king-aher.htm

The most recent new obituary is for Pamela (Gardner) Ahearn of Alexandria, Virginia, 30 March 2007. She was the wife of Frederick "Rick" Ahearn, an aide to Ronald Reagan who was holding the door of the limo when the President was shot by John Hinkley.
