Bridget ''Betty'' Ahearn, age 71, a 45 year resident of Naperville, IL, died Saturday, July 15, 2006 after a long illness and is at peace with the Lord and Virgin Mary. Beloved daughter of the late John and Anna, nee McNamara, Brennan who immigrated from Ireland in the 1920's; loving wife of Terrence ''Terry'', her husband and best friend for over 51 years; dear mother of John (Kathy), Terry, Bridget Erickson and Kathleen Ahearn; fond sister of Al Brennan, Dick (Shelby) Brennan, Margaret Larson and the late James and John Brennan; her favorite uncle, the late Tom McNamara; and aunt of the late Christina Rea. Betty was the clothing manager for over 30 years for the Serendipity Thrift Shop and a clerk for Worth Repeating Resale Shop, both in Naperville, IL. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington, Naperville, to a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 36 N. Ellsworth, Naperville. Interment Naperville Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
