Ahearn, John W. "Pops" of Naperville, formerly of Chicago, age 86, peacefully passed Saturday, June 3rd. John was born June 15, 1919 in Chicago. Loving husband of the late Mary Jane, devoted father of Michael (Anne), Penny (Ronald) Jensen, Colleen (the late Jack) Levy, Brian (Dawn) Ahearn and John Covich, beloved grandfather of 12, cherished great-grandfather of nine, dearest brother of Dolores Sabota and the late Orville and Buster Ahearn, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. John proudly served his country during WWII in the Army. Friends and family will gather Thursday, June 8th, for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Raphael Church, 1215 Modaff Rd., Naperville, IL 60540.
