Hello John,

I don't know how useful this might be, but we have an Elizabeth AHERN whose son John was born 1837 in Mallow/husband Michael AHERN [occupation, landlord].

Elizabeth AHERN was nee White..with her name appearing on the 1851 Census as being a landholder on Main St. Mallow.
