I'm trying to follow up on all possible leads.
My grandfather's name is Marcelino Mancha. His mother's name was Refugia Aguirre. He was born in Brownsville, TX. She was born in 1882 in Matormoros,MX.
I'm having a hard time finding any information on Refugia. Aguirre was her maiden name. Does any of this sound familiar, or have you come across anything that could help me?
