Hello,
I was able to access a digitized copy of Moore's book through HeritageQuest, available on line through my local library. I am able to access this at home using my library card number.
I do not know whether there are copies of this book for sale. A quick internet search did not yield any results for purchasing the book.
At http://www.eogen.com/HeritageQuestOnline there is a list of local libraries in the U.S.A. that make HeritageQuest available to their patrons.
If you are not able to access HeritageQuest, e-mail me privately and I will do a look-up for you.
