1)Will of Frederick Ager of Whitechapel High Street London a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons. written 1839. Left all to his wife Helen Eliza who was also Executrix. Admon of Frederick Ager, formerly of Whitechapel HIgh Steet but late of the oval Hackney MDX was not granted until 1852 as will annexed Admon granted to lawful brother Henry and to Frederick Birch Ager Esq the natural and lawful son as his mother (widow) had been declared a lunatic by Acts of Court. Other natural siblings of of which he became legal guardian were Sidney Charles, Louisa Ann spinster, Fanny spinster, ? name Sophia spinster, Clara spinster, and Robert 2) Henry Ager No 9 Landsdowne Terrace Lorimore Road New Walworth. MDX Left all to his son Henry Jnr, who was also executor, of 75 King William Street City Will made 1853 Proved 25 August 1855
3) Joseph Ager 85 Great Portland Street Portland Place MDX Doctor of Medicine ..everything to my friend John Propert of New Cavendish Street Portland Place UPON TRUST for my six nieces, Amy and Mary, the daughters of my late brother Henry Ager equally etc and to the daughters of my late brother Frederick; Louisa, Fanny,? and Clara equally..upon attaining the age of 21 years ..Will made 1856 Proved with a codicil 15 August 1857 by the oath of John Proport Esquire the sole executor to whom admon was granted. The codicil left ? equally to devoted servant with his gratitude for her care etc, Hannah ?....Day
