I just got word of his birthdate. It is August 1, 1920. So, I'm guessing it is the one from the obituary you sent me. I also found the same person on www.gravelocater.cem.va.gov but it only lists a few things about him.
Is it true that a person in the military no longer uses a SS number? I want to be sure this is the correct person before I get anyone's hopes up to high.
