ISO of James Donald Frampton

My mother recently found her birth family, but nobody seems to know what happened to her birth father (James Donald Frampton).

We know he was born in Dyersville, Iowa in the year 1921. He was 26 years old when my mom was born. He was married to my mom's mother who gave her up for adoption at the Hillcrest Babyfold in Dubuque, Iowa.

We were told James was possibly in the 82nd U.S. Airborne.

We have her birth certificate and her father's SS number. We'd really like to find out what happened to him as his sister is the only remaining survivor in the family. We'd love to give her any information regarding her brother.

If anyone has any information, please let me know.
