ISO Harris family of boy b. 10JUN1966 CA

My brother and I were both adopted. He was born June 10, 1966 in Sacramento CA. I have been told that one of his birth parents' last name was HARRIS and that they were teenagers when he was born. I would very much like to connect with his birth family if there is any interest.
