on my adoption.My step mother is very tight lipped about any thing to do with it.She says i was born in South bend indiana in 1956,but they have no record.She says my birth name is Randy Skipper and i had 7 brothers and sisters.She also says i am Blackfoot indian and german.
I have sent my money and forms to both Indiana and Michigan with no luck from either state.Step parents lived in st.Joe mich at time of adoption.
I am starting to wonder if i am one of those blackmarket babies due to no records being found.
Any help would be welcomed.Thank you Mark.
