Did find this family in Venango Co PA. It appears that the children probably weren't siblings, as Elizabeth was born about 1897 and Evelyn not until about 1913. Elizabeth is their "adopted daughter" in 1900. I did not see Albert with them in 1900, 1910, or 1920.
