Robert C. (Bob) Perrin
Funeral services for Robert C. (Bob) Perrin, 86, will be at 2 p.m., Thursday April 27, 2006 at First Baptist Church, Sundown. The Rev. Glen Smith and Rev. Dale Cain will be officiating. Burial will follow at Sundown Cemetery, under the direction of George Price Funeral Home of Level-land. The body will lie in state at the church from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. for viewing.

Mr. Perrin was born Jan. 4, 1920 in Desdamona, Texas to Carl and Nora Belle Perrin.

He passed from this life on Tuesday, April 25, 2006 in Levelland. He served in the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater. Bob married Faye McCulley on Jan. 15, 1946 in DeLeon, Texas and then moved his family to Sundown in 1948.

Mr. Perrin worked for Bass Enterprises for 35 years and retired as District Office Manager in 1985.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Wonona Buckley; a grandson, Cody Gore; and a great-grandson, Samuel Chisum.

Survivors include his wife, Faye; two daughters, Brenda Diggs and husband David of Lubbock and Sherry Bob Chisum and husband Ron of Houston; sister, Deola Fox; granddaughter, Kirstie Holloway; grandsons, Jason Chisum and Jeremy Diggs; great-grand-daughters, Erika Holloway and Riley Diggs; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

I find a Brenda J. Diggs b. Oct 1846 living in Lubbock TX
Texas Birth Index has mother to 2 Diggs childern as Brenda Janice Perrin, father David Diggs.
