Hi, if anyone has information for Ruby Iris Delaney we would appreciate your help. She put her son up for adoption in Panama City Florida in 1952 or 53. He would have just had his birthday within the last week or so. His adopted mother passed a way a few years ago and he would love to get in touch with his biological mother. She would be approximately 73 or so by now. He was named Sylvester at birth. Thanks for your help. deb
