I am looking for my birthmother and any birth siblings. I was born on April 11, 1971, and my adoption went through on April 15, 1971. The Temporary Decree by the Pulaski County Probate Court was handled by the law firm of Spitzberg, Mitchell, & Hays. My birth mother is listed in this decree as being Martha Austin, aged 18 and unmarried. I am interested in obtaining any information possible about my adoption, birth mother, and siblings.
